I had an amazing experience here. I went in looking for some goodies for my apartment with my roommate and I got confused by what was and was not on sale after seeing the prices at check out. The clerk was so awesome about it and helped me locate what items were on sale so I could swap things out to get the sale price.

I shop here all the time but I will never be coming back. I was looking for the pumpkin pecan waffle candle and I couldn't find it so i asked an employee named Lucy. She scoffed at me and pointed me in the direction which is absolutely ridiculous. I've never dealt with such rude behavior from a bath and body works employee. Then to top it off I saw her being EXTREMELY RUDE to her coworkers. Pathetic. They need to pick better staff I feel bad for the workers here.]

Love all the sales at this location Right Now!!!!... they have so much selection and a lot of New fragrances , love that when you get to the store you can use for free their hand sanitizer with delicious aromatherapy, I got the peach one , when I got home I still feeling the delicious fragrance on my hands , I regret I didn’t purchase it..I didn’t thought it was so good .... I recommend this location 100%

My favorite store for buy body lotion, splash, candle and sanitizer’s. Always the best fragrance

Went to replace a candle that was shipped broken. I wasn't able to exchange it but the refund was a fairly smooth process
