I used to love this place! Unfortunately had a very bad experience recently and I feel as though it needs to be said.. I was buying a candle for my mom for Christmas! I come up to the register hoping to get done quickly so I can go back with my friends. The register freezes up after I tap to pay, saying APPROVED on my side. They tell me it isn’t coming through on their side, so I have to wait. My friends leave the store because it’s taking so long. I ask if I can just leave, I don’t really want the candle that bad if I have to wait this long. They tell me no, their system is frozen. I wait, and tell myself it’s not their fault, technology freezes all the time! Then, they ask me to tap again, I ask if it will double charge me, I asked THREE times. They reassure me that this has never happe

I am very disappointed in the store on Sergeant Road I brought back some defective wall plugins that I paid between $25 and $30 for and was told they couldn't replace them and I was told they're only supposed to last 3 to 6 months that's very disappointing considering I have six of them that they won't replace

Bad service, managers never smile they are rude when I ask questions.

It's one of my favorite places to shop. Just wished they sent me coupons in the mail like they do for my friend. She gets some really good coupons.

They have so many flavors of soap that sometimes you can’t decide which one to get!
