Bath & Body Works

It’s not bad, I don’t like how they never consistently have the same wallflower fragrances even ones not marked for limited edition or holiday. Every time I go to any Bath and Body Works to buy the same fragrance, they end up not selling it anymore.

Made a $100 purchase 11/30. BBW created a shipping label on 12/6, but never packed my merch to give to UPS. Then they resold half my merch! Now it's OOS. Refunded me for the late gifts I can't even reorder. Sent me the last 3 items in one week, not the 11 days they first promised. What good is a bath item without it's scent matching items. Where is my refund for the shipping fee? Incredibly poor customer service! I will find another company.

The 3 employees, which I am ashamed to say I didn’t get their names, were wonderful. I was in a hurry and they helped me find everything I needed. They were friendly and courteous. Bath and body Works needs to give them a raise. February 19, 2025.

Diamond was extremely helpful and sweet. She saw that I was extremely overwhelmed while Mother’s Day shopping and she went above and beyond!

I like shopping online better than in-store. So many smells made it over whelming. Reminded me of a Pink store by VS. It just seems easier to shop online, more personal.
