My wife wanted to stop by this store while we were shopping inside Westfield Sherman Oaks mall. She at first just wanted to try their free sample of lotions but then got hooked because of their Cyber Monday deal. So we walked inside the store so she can start smelling their products and see what were on holiday sale. The employees here are very nice and helpful when my wife had questions. They even handed us a bag to put anything we plan on purchasing in.

Great place for candles, lotions, and gifts. The store always smells amazing and the staff are friendly. Prices can be a bit high if things aren’t on sale, and it gets really busy during promotions, which makes it a little overwhelming. Still, the products are high quality and I usually leave with something I like.

We came to pick up an online order and waited over 10 minutes at the front register without being acknowledged. When Jocelyn tried to help us, Alexis (redhead/ginger) stopped her and said “NO,” refusing service until other lines were cleared, even though our order was already paid for. Extremely unprofessional and humiliating—no apology and terrible customer service.

Five stars for Tindra! Not only was she full of positive energy (which you hardly see in customer service these days) and professional but she really knew her bath and body products! (Even helping me to make the most of my coupons) The store itself is a great location and the staff is always nice but my experience with Tindra was exceptional. if you go there ask for HER ! On a side note I was told to call the B&BW customer service line to leave review but that was a less than 1 star experience when the person who answered the phone had to put me on hold bcs he didn't know how to complete my request. Perhaps they should have Tindra train those folks!! Also a shout out to the 5 star manager Kevin :)

January + June the semi-annual SALE 🩷🤗 Easy, safe pkg at Nordstrom off Hazeltine Ave. Take upper level walkway & just stay to the left once inside. It's on the L side, upper level as you exit Nordstrom into the mall. I load up for myself, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Birthdays 🎁 Candles make a great hostess gift so need lots of those. Don't forget the handsoaps! They're on the back wall right corner this year. Friendly sales team, everything rang up correctly 💯
