Bath & Body Works

I have had a lot of people say they love this store. They are very professional and nice people. They help in a second to find what you need. It’s always nice when the staff that works there are willing to be so kind. It’s very apparent that they like their job. Now I am addicted to bath and body works for life! 😁

I enjoy visiting this location. They have the friendliest, most helpful and professional staff. Just stellar customer service attitudes. I am always greeted and helped buy friendly staff. I always find what I need and I always buy something. Thank you Bath & Body Works at Cleveland Mall!

Friendly location at this store and came today and there was a 40% off discount which was really nice, worker helped check for me if there was any more left of an item I wanted in the back and while dealing with a rush from a lady being rude today over a coupon another associate hopped on register to help move the line along, manager dealing with the lady was very cordial and helpful as far as I saw

I called this specific store this morning and explained I bought 3 sprays a body scrub and shower gel in christmas scents and ask if I could exchange them mind you 3 products were brand new and two were used maybe twice and the the lady on the phone stated of course not a problem. So when I go to check out I got the rudest lady I've ever in countered in my life she literally looked like she was having a stroke when I told her I was exchanging and it was so rude I almost wanted to just leave. She made me so uncomfortable and I'm so mad about the level of customer service I just received. I will never come back to this bath and body works ever
