Came in to purchase wallflower fragrance refills and of course the ones I was seeking were out of stock. I asked the gentleman working there how I would go about getting some and he said I could try online or go to another store. I asked if they were going to be replenished and he said, probably, but we never know what we're getting until it arrives. It's the Holidays, if you're OOS on items, wouldn't you attempt to tr-stock??? 🤗 Basically couldn't care less if I found them or not, in my opinion. No, they were not busy. 2 customers.

Every time I come to this specific location, I (Asian) never get acknowledged coming into the store. I see them saying welcome to others but never me. Even if Im shopping never a “Can I help you?” This store stereotypes. Too many times already not acceptable.

My mom came into this store today for her birthday present. My mom is elderly and she was having issues figuring out how to pull up the app on her phone. When she was asking for help the older cashier started getting upset my mom didn’t understand and was raising her voice at my mom. When my mom asked for another worker to help her the older cashier lady called my mom rude and told her there was no way she would be helped before the other younger worker proceeded to help her with what the older worker would not. My mom did not deserve that treatment she loves that store.

Rude manager kept telling me to click 'Agree' to receive emails, when there was also an option for 'Skip'. She was very condescending.

I love coming to this bath and body! Such nice and amazing people. I’ve never had a bad experience coming here.Helpful and actually willing to help you find the products your looking for and explain things ❤️❤️
