Bath & Body Works

I'm a regular at this Bath & Body Works, and the team always impresses me with their kindness and excellent service. Last week, after a long day, I stopped by to grab some hand soap in a summer scent – specifically Dragon Palm Pineapple. However, when I arrived, I was surprised to see the store was already decked out in fall decor, despite it being July! I was determined to find my favorite scent, but it seemed nowhere to be found. Just as I was about to give up, an associate named Save approached me and asked if I needed any help. I shared my frustration, and she listened attentively, asking about my scent preferences and engaging with me like we'd known each other for years. She uncovered my scent preferences and introduced me to some new scents and products that I didn't know I needed.

They don't allow you to use the coupons as other stores regularly do. Be aware when you shop there.

Wonderful store with wonderful people. I specifically dealt with Martha and she was just lovely. Thank you to the whole crew for your kindness. I will be there again!!
