I ordered a product on-line and immediately called and cancelled product because shipping cost more than the product itself. I was told by customer service (after they disconnected me and I called back) that the order was cancelled. The next day my order shows up and I call customer service again. They refused to refund the shipping amount. So I could return the item for $4.95 and still have to pay the $10.99 shipping charge. Requested management and they would not refund. Then said I would receive a $10 gift card. No gift card was received because they sent me a membership invite that would enable me to get $10 off if I spent an additional $30. Unbelievable. I cancelled within a reasonable time and received nothing.

Great store. Clean, organized.Was greeted immediately by the employees. All super nice and helpful helping me find something for my sister in laws birthday. Cool products - ill be back to try some mens products.

Probably my favorite location! The selection is what people come for but the staff is what we keep coming back for. I've come here so often that one of the girls, Ally, always remembers me when I come in and is the sweetest, most helpful associate. Everyone makes sure you are being helped without being overbearing.

Customer service is beyond expectations here. You always get greeted and they always are available for help. It's smaller than most locations but selections are still good there.
