Great store. The employees were well trained on all the products in the store. Nadine helped me find all of the scents that were available and completely helped me shop. I would not have bought as much if she didn’t help me . Thank you very much for the amazing customer service. I have not shopped in this store in years. Definitely worth going to see what is new. I was gifted a lot of home products for Christmas so I was hoping to find gifts that would make my friends and family happy for the new Year. Thank you

I stopped at the store in the Viewmont mall in Scranton, PA when I saw the attached picture as I was walking by. I picked up two of the four bottles of body wash directly adjacent to the right of the sale sign. I was charged over $7 apiece for each of the bottles. When I questioned the manager (Megan, I believe) she said those bottles were only 50% off and did not belong on the table. She continued to tell me they must have been placed there by a customer. A customer may place a random item in a shelf where it does not belong but I don’t believe a customer would take the time to line up multiple items they did not want to purchase. When I mentioned false advertising she was dismissive and rude. At that point it was not about the money, but the principle. I will never return to that store.

I am addicted to the 5 for $8 hand sanitizers. Every time I go I have to smell all the candles over again. I'm absolutely in love with the Champagne Toast scent and recently purchased the Strawberry Soda body spray at the semi annual sale. While the prices are a little high and I wish the three wick candles were on sale more, I absolutely love this place and visit every time I go to the mall!

I found everything I wanted and needed. It was just because their computers were acting up they couldn't scan my barcodes in which it was my birthday I lost out on what I was supposed to get and I didn't get the deal I was supposed to get because they couldn't get the machine working right

I went to the Tannersville PA store today and Deanna McLean went way above and beyond. I left a package at the store and could not drive back there (over an hour from where I am) and 8 hours from my home. She literally walked my purchase back to the store and waited while they returned the item. That was just unbelievable customer service! I am so grateful for her. She is an assistant manager but really needs to be a MANAGER! She certainly knows customer service!
