I had a terrible experience at this store today (10/10/2025). My fiance and I were shopping for fall candles and as we were checking out, the employee behind the register was just blatantly rude. As a former BBW associate for many years, I was taken aback by the behavior. “Sir Charles” was laughing and having a good time with coworkers and other customers which is amazing, but as I walked up to check out, I was given a dirty look and no greeting. I pulled out my rewards card barcode and when the employee just stared at me with a disgusted look on their face and said nothing, I said “this is just my rewards card”, they responded “no kidding”. 2025-07: Being from out of town but knowing I'd be in the area, I placed a BOPIS order here because my local stores were out of what I was looking for. I've been to many B&BW and this one is great. Sir Charles was a wonderful and fun employee who chatted with me some after welcoming me into the store and asking if he could assist me in any way. This store has very pleasant employees, a clean store throughout, great displays, and I'd come back anytime.

What can I say hmmm? It's bath & body what i absolutely love! Never any complaints & the staff is always around &eager to help.

As you walk into the store you are greeted and asked what brings you in. They introduced the newest fragrances in the store and gave me a basket. The store was clean and stocked well. There was a great selection of body care as well as hand sanitizers. At the cash wrap they had Sweetest Song body care displayed. Each room had clear cellophane and ribbon/bows for wrapping purchases! Overall this was a great experience and I will be back!
