Bath & Body Works

I had a great experience at the Bath & Body Works store at Square One. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with my favorite fragrances. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I especially want to mention the manager, who was very professional, welcoming, and supportive. You can really tell the team is well-managed, and it made my shopping experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went to this Bath& Body Works today after not having been to Bath& Body Works for years, and I had such a great experience! The sales associates here are super helpful and nice, without being pushy or in your face about products. They were knowledgeable about helping me find some sense that I was interested in, and even though I went in just to get hand sanitizers, I also found some candles and body spray that I love. Love. Everything I got was on sale and was super reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this location and will look forward to being back in the future!

Good, clean store that's well organized. The staff members were super helpful in finding the right scent and allowing me to test products. The prices were reasonable and there were multiple sales available in the day we visited. The store has a lot of perfumes, scented lotions, and candles. If you're sensitive to smell or prone to migraines, this is probably not the best store to go in.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bath & Body Works in Saugus. The customer service was far below the standards I expect from this brand. The staff seemed unprepared and unprofessional, which made the visit frustrating. I strongly recommend better training for the employees to improve the overall customer experience.
