Horrible experience. 2nd time this place was shut down with plumbing/flooding issues. Just wanted to pick up an online order. First time they brought it to me and verified my purchase. Second time, they stated the store needed to be open to pick up my purchase? Even when I had an email stating it was ready and to come pick it up? No reason, they stated it was policy. This store is out of my way but luckily it opened an hour later. l won't be shopping at BBW any time soon and definitely not this location.

I went to pick up my order and had an exchange to deal with. I'm clearly disabled and I was told I had to go outside after I picked up my order and stand in line to make an exchange! I told the young ridiculous, unfeeling staff member that there was not a chance that I was going to go stand outside and stand in line after waiting to pick up an order! They asked me to come back another day and I told them absolutely not that I am here now and I am doing the exchange today right now and if she had an issue that I wanted to speak to her manager, well she trotted off to speak with her manager and came back and told me she would take care of me immediately! Standing up for yourself is important, however you shouldn't have to do that when going into a store that is there to offer a service and t

The staff is very helpful. It is a small store, and I often find that they are sold out of the specific products that I am looking for. However, they're always very helpful and trying to help me locate other locations where the products are available.

I've been coming here for years and usually have a great experience although an employee named Asiyah is not only unfriendly but actually quite rude whenever I come into the store. She never says hello when you walk in when she's at the front, is very rude when you ask if you can use a coupon with a purchase and most recently in my shopping trip in an abrupt yelling voice told me not to touch something. Asiyah speaks in a scolding tone to customers. I think it goes a long way to say anything with a friendly tone or a smile. I make a lot of purchases at this store and encourage my friends and family to as well but this reocurring experience gives me reason to have caution to come back.

I always come to this location, the staff is always nice, they have a good selection on items! I mostly oder online and go pick it up.. its a huge plus that their hours are later, it helps when I work late and I'm sure for others! I also had two online order the day during their sales. They lady working that helped me, one order was ready and the other wasn't, since it was a different sale and time I made it. She was so kind and went to get my order, so I didnt make two trips while I was near by. Thank you!!
