Just finished leaving this store, at 13:55 hrs. just want to say to everybody that buys products from here please be careful and check your receipts count your items before you even leave the store. The girl helping us at check out as she was scanning our items she put a wallflower plug at the counter behind her, thinking we werent going to realize; she didnt put the wallflower plug into the bag. Im not sure if her plan was to charge us and keep the item for herself, but we were glad we checked everything before we walked out of the store, she eventually saw that we noticed and she asked for the receipt and put the item back in our bag after we mention it to her, while she was acting a little confused. So please check your receipts before leaving the store.

Many products to choose from and lots of great seasonal scents, but I did ask an associate about a product that I loved and previously bought to which she replied dryly and let me know it was discontinued. I had asked about anything similar that she would recommend and did not offer any recommendations. Turned around and began helping someone else and offering them products and alternatives. Not equal customer service to all customers, very poor experience.

What should have been a 10 minute errand turned into an excruciating hour. Here's what went well: I placed my order online and scheduled my lunch hour for later so I could quickly pick it up at the store. As expected, traffic was light and I immediately found a parking spot close by. I entered the store and there was one person being helped at the register and one person waiting in line. So far so good. There were at least 3 employees working this day and time: one was at the register, one was in the back and one was on the phone. The register employee needed to ask the phone employee something but didnt want to interrupt so everyone was waiting. Meanwhile a long line started to form behind me. The second employee came out from the back and started helping and then it was my turn.

The place is usually stocked and staffed pretty well, cashier counters are staffed pretty well and typically tend to be fast. Staff is usually very helpful and you can be very specific for what you want and they can guide you pretty well. The store is constantly changing depending on what time of the month it is or what season it is or what occasion is coming next. The smell in the store can easily get overwhelming and can gives you a headache so watch out for it and step out of the store before it's too late.
