One of my favorite bath and body works stores! Always clean and always has what I need, staff is amazing especially these two employees tara and luis who I always see and are so sweet and helpful even when it’s so busy! I'm happy for another store besides Cross Creek, but there supply seems limited. Products are still only at the mall.

Store is clean and well staffed. However, beside the standard greeting of welcome not one employee engaged with me, despite me walking around looking lost. Greeter asked all other customer if they needed help and ignored me. When not greeting others was on call with someone else. Highly disappointed in this store.

The air is filled with pleasant aromas, making it difficult to choose a favorite. It's a perfect place to find a special treat or a thoughtful gift. The friendly staff is always ready to assist and offer helpful advice. This new location is a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Purchase the 3, didn't get one free.. she never mentioned it; and yes all were hand sanitizers. Just a little disappointing for those that don't frequent the store.
