I love this store but the buy online and pick up in store needs major improvement. I sent my order at 12pm on Saturday and it wasn’t ready until after 1pm on Sunday. That’s way too long. It was not a HUGE order. It was less than 10 items. 2 items weren’t even available at the store yet online was showing they were in stock. You guys need to do better or you’re going to lose customers.

employees are overly obnoxious fake friendly until you have an actual issue you need resolved then the entire demeanor of everyone in the store changes like robots. They will follow you around, comment on every item you purchase, they take forever to ring up orders and the lines are always so long but I actually needed help with a return and not one person would help me and so incredibly nasty. The manager lied and said they can't access online orders just because she didn't want to help but you can return online purchases in the store according to the website. This store and the online platform are the WORST. My order was delivered missing items and it's been 2 days of trying to reach customer service. I was on my 7th attempt before I wrote this review. I will never ever shop at this comp

I love that this Bath & Body Works isn't in a mall. The store was incredibly organized and clean. We were able to take our time looking through everything without feeling rushed, the staff was very friendly and didn't hover, but did offer their help when we came in.

I visited the Sanford, FL store this past week. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked, and the staff were friendly and helpful. But one thing I detest (saying it mildly) is the push from corporate, forcing the staff to constantly ask the customer questions and make suggestions when all the customer wants is to browse and find things on their own. I am one of those customers and yes, there are many more of us who just wants to be left alone. We are intelligent enough to ask for help when needed. It amounts to harassment of the customer and is no fault of the employees who are just trying to do their job. Please stop this nonsense. It's beyond annoying. I would actually give the store itself a 5 star rating but a 0 star rating for corporate policy as it pertains to what amounts to

Let me tell you all about THIS store and its associates. It is clean, it is spacious, it is fully stocked. It smells amazing, the staff is always friendly, and it’s never hard to find close parking. But what makes this store truly special, a really rare gem, IS the staff. I was recently diagnosed with a medical condition that causes me to faint. My body essentially overheats just doing simple, random things like walking into a store. My heart rate skyrockets to obscenely high numbers, I get shaky and sweaty, and then everything becomes pitch black and I faint. Thanks, POTS!
