had a very disappointing experience at this Bath & Body Works location. I brought in a lotion that had clearly gone bad—it was yellow and unusable—and instead of being helpful, the manager was extremely rude. I was accused of lying about the product, which was embarrassing and unprofessional. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and this interaction completely changed how I feel about shopping here. Customer service should never involve accusing customers, especially when there is a clear issue with the product.
The employees were so kind and informative. I always love coming here when I'm in the area! Great scents too!
New rewards program is available in the Sandusky Store {Mall} as of last Friday October 1, 2021. I love the app and how quickly my points add up to get another free full sized body care item 🥰🥰🥰
