Above and beyond customer service! This store is on my way home, so I was excited to shop with a giftcard I received frommy teenager for Xmas. While shopping, it fell out of my wristlet that unbeknownst to me was unzipped. A staff member helped me look through the busy store with no luck. I rang up my goodies and went home. An hour later, I get a phone saying they found it and made a team effort found my receipt and contacted me with my loyalty account! Truly amazing and thoughtful!

Gina was absolutely amazing! She welcomed me and showed me their new line of rose scented items which I love! Showed me exactly what I was looking for and made a connection with me! ✨ 10/10 service

I cannot believe the phone experience my mother and I had with this locations apparent “store manager” claiming she couldn’t give us any DM phone number or even offer to have the DM contact me, she gave us a fake customer service phone number and provided no solutions and only problems. Didn’t even give us her name when asked nor did she answer the phone with her name. If I was the DM I’d be heavily looking into this store because providing a fake customer service number and refusing to give her name are two very big red flags clearly something’s going on at this store. So I called over to The Shops at Mission Viejo location where they have helped immensely.! If I was you I would certainly shop there over this location unless you enjoy being met with attitude and condescending behavior.

The best Bath and Body Works store in California..I have visited many of them.but this one, have the best atmosphere,amazing offers and employees , They are very friendly, kind and very professional.. Every time I'm there I get a great welcome back smile . Please stay that way forever.. . ♥️♥️♥️

As we were vacationing in San Clemente, we were so happy to find Bath & Body Works and their $9 dollar deal which lasted 3 days. Took a great advantage of it. Love their Christmas fragrances.
