Frequently visit the location and generally a good experience every time. Visited today and was greeted as always. Purchased a few candles along with one single wick 16.95 candle. The cashier refused to apply the 18.95 free item reward and argued with me that it doesn't apply to the single wick candles. I explained I have done it before and all she could say was body products only. Needless to say you can go online and easily apply it to single wick candles but they charge for shipping...thus the interest using in store. First time to have such a rude experience and may need to take business elsewhere as I felt like I was burdening her by just checking out.

Great customer service and easy in store pick up

I loved my experience today at Bath & Body Works at Rockingham Park Mall. I was served by Briana a delightful cashier who helped me to save $10.00 with the $10 off $30 promotional offer. She was very patient and kind and even helped me reach the $30 subtotal to unlock the deal by scanning an extra couple of items at the front. I was very pleased with my visit and I will be returning again!
