I went in the store to make a purchase with a gift card that I had. I had checked the balance before purchasing items. Lady rang me up and she swiped card like 3/4 times and it said then all of a sudden my she said my balance was 0, that there was nothing on there to make a purchase. One of the managers by the name of Mo came to help and she offered to give me the customer service number and told me to call the next day. The number she gave me was FALSE, it was the number to some greenery company in Canada. I think they did something to my card and just wanted to hurry and get me out of the store. I found the correct number and have escalated this situation. I won’t utilize this store again.

Sunday evening my baby sister and I went to the Delta Shores B&BW for her to use the gift certificate I bought her for her birthday. She showed them on their app that she clearly had $40 on her gift certificate. The cashier did something on her computer that wiped my sisters card down to a zero balance! She called her manager over to assist. The manager gave her a number to call for customer service to get the issue resolved and it wasn't even a phone number associated with the store. Those women were definitely up to something shady. Beware!

What a beautiful store. How lucky to have a store next to Bath & Body Works. The store is very attractive. I'm sure any business will get the benefit of just being next to them. I received a pleasant greeting as soon as I walked into the store. The store is beautiful inside as well. All the products are very colorful and I want to bring all of them home. I purchase a few items and save the rest for my next paycheck. Lol This section of the parking lot is pretty busy. But if you go to the parking lot on the side of the building. You will find many more parking spaces available.

These stores boggle my mind. As soon as we walked in, two employees are pointing out sales, smells, candles with three wicks. I politely say that I don’t need assistance. “Ok, did you see these are $1?” Cool, I don’t need assistance. I grabbed everything, headed to the checkout. The woman got my phone number and told me if I sign up I will get coupons and read off a sheet (with barcodes) the current coupons. There was one that would save me >$10 so I said sure. Over five minutes of the app not working and her troubleshooting had her calling the manager. She asked if she could give me the $10 off and explained everything. I could hear her say “she did download the app”. “She is getting this….error” “I had the same issue earlier” She was doing her best and the manager flat out refused to ho
