Came in for the semi annual sale and was quite disappointed at the limited supply and slim variety of sale items. Only a few variations of lotion and sprays. No matching body washes or any wash for that matter. There weren't any discounted wallflower refills either. Very disappointing, as this is what I purposely came to the store for. I do appreciate this easily accessible strip mall location; no need to park a mile away and hunt it down in a massive mall. Unfortunately, it appears to be a smaller store with limited supply.

Jess was extremely helpful as I navigated my indecisiveness about which cologne to buy I eventually settled on Whisky Toast!

I went to Bath & Body Works today and was disappointed with the customer service. I purchased several items and asked for a second bag because it was too heavy to carry in one, but the associate ignored my request. It made my shopping experience uncomfortable and inconvenient. I love the products, but I hope the staff can be more considerate and helpful next time. The person who did not help me was katy ( manager there) Update: I called customer service for b&bw and they told me there is no rule on how many bags are to be given for a customer. They should teach their management better

The girl with the dark hair in a bun tonight, glasses, on the bigger side... RUDE. She was insanely rude in her tone. She told us they were closed and my husband is hard of hearing and she didnt even give a second for me to grab him and turn around before raising her voice to say "WE ARE CLOSED!". telling me you are closed is fine.. hollering it at my hard of hearing husband is NOT. Is this how yall treat people?? Hard of hearing or not you dont need to get an attitude.
