Bath & Body Works

A couple weeks ago, my daughter wanted to grab a few things from this BBW. But while she was shopping, there was an associate that kept following her and insisting my daughter to purchase some body lotions. My daughter expressed that she was not interested in the items. A few seconds later, same associate appears with the same suggestions. Again, my daughter kindly declines. Out of the nowhere, the lady grabs my daughter's items out of the basket and replaced it with the lotions. So my daughter ended up buying only 1 item since the lady had removed the other items.

One of the salesman is quite passive aggressive and very opinionated, not exactly sure that this is the service that’s appropriate regularly, and im sure a lot of other people are thinking the same for this attitude-filled saleman

One of the workers got really mad and slot of attitude at 3 of my daughters because they wanted to smell a scented soap screen and she said “no girls go use a tester instead of a normal bottle and ten there was no testers so we used a normal bottle to smell it it smelled so good but we didn’t like that attitude at all but there was a really nice girl who spryed a perfect in pink perfume on us and she was very polite and nice.

Today, I had a very disappointing experience due to extremely poor customer service. The cashier was rude and clearly unhappy with her job. I will not be returning to this store.

I like this store than any other one I've been to. You can now smell lotions and perfume. At other stores before June 15, I couldn't smell anything but now I can since California reopened during the pandemic . I like a few perfumes here but they were out of stock so I ended up taking a picture so that I can buy them later. This store is very honest, the workers tell you up front to get another perfume or lotion for free if your product is having a promotion. Overall I had a great experience here I just wish my favorite fragrances were in stock.
