I love this location, they have a lot in stock, the entire place smells beautifully, everything is clean, many testers to try. Last time I went I had an online order to pick up and the moment I walk in the store a guy employee with curly brown hair greeted me happily with a smile, I felt so welcomed and happy, I told him about my online order so he told me to go to the registers & they'll have my order for me. So I went and he was right, an employee lady was waiting and said my name, I said yes It's me and show her my phone with the confirmation email of my order. Easy-peasy and so welcoming. Highly recommend this B&BW location.

What was supposed to be a simple exchange with receipt turned into a nightmare. She returned my two candles only to put them in a gift card. I proceed to use the gift card (just issued) for my new candles and it’s invalid. After 30 minutes of useless management. I left the store without my original candles, no new candles and an invalid gift card. Which I was told to call customer service “it happens all of the time”. 26 minutes later customer advice issues me a new gift card which will come in my email I. 5-7 business days. What an absolute crock … last time I go here and maybe ever to another bath and body … do better and make these types of incidents a coaching moment. Update : 10 days later , 3 case numbers from customer service and still no working gift cards. Called the store back

I came in on Monday and was reluctant because I usually shop online, but the sales associate that helped me was so nice and helpful that I had to leave a review. Thank you for your kindness!

The store is located in the Fashion Outlets of Chicago Mall in Rosemont Illinois at space 1120. On the first level. At First Look it looks exactly the same as any other Bath & Body Works store. However after going into the store the items are well-organized, the store is clean, and the employees are helpful. Not exactly what you find in every single store. Even though this is considered an outlet, the prices seem to be the same as in the stores, except when they run their big sales, that they have a couple of times a year. This store is rarely ever crowded and you can easily find anything that you're looking for. They also have a new men's section so you can go there to find gifts for yourself or anyone in your family.
