I’ve visited this location on three separate occasions, hoping for a better experience each time—but unfortunately, the service remains consistently poor. On two visits, I was the only customer in the store, yet the two male Hispanic associates were completely disengaged, more focused on their personal conversation than acknowledging my presence. No greeting. No offer of help. Nothing. During another visit, I came into close contact with a female associate who appeared to be a manager—Yasmine—and again, no greeting or acknowledgment. Another female team member, stationed at the front, was too occupied on her phone to assist customers walking in. As someone who has shopped with Bath & Body Works for over 20 years, this was truly disappointing and unacceptable. Basic customer service—like a

I will say I’ve only had good experiences From the store. I’ve been going there since they’ve opened. Number one Yasmin always been there to help. Also it’s kind of creepy for someone to take a picture of someone else. One does not know if someone’s looking up products. Sales people do that all the time. I feel sorry for the person’s experience that took this picture. (It’s kind of creepy ) I hope you will have a better experience add another store. Try the Park Western. I will say, as I said before at Peninsula Center BBW I’ve only had good to say. Sometimes you gotta take these people’s reviews seriously with a grain of salt.

I’ve been enjoying the fragrance from my Bath & Body Works Wallflower, but I’ve noticed some issues in my bathroom. Recently, my ceiling started peeling and bubbling, particularly above where I have the Wallflower plugged in. I’ve always kept it on the lowest setting, so it’s surprising to see this kind of damage happening. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with their Wallflower plug-ins? I’m curious if it’s a common issue.

I went up there by myself for the 1st time 3 days. This store is less crowded as well and I would come back again whenever I feel like it. Love the layout of the store as well.
