Long time B&BW shopper - I made a quick stop last night, 15min before closing, just to get my reward item before it expired. The ladies working were so nice! I felt welcome, no pressure or hurry - I was more worried about closing time than they seemed to be, one even helped me plunder the clearance bin for a few items before check out. This was my 2nd visit, last time was crazy busy just before Christmas, and everyone was festive and upbeat! I am glad to have a location closer to where I live with happy, helpful staff.

Carma was very welcoming and quick with service when assisting with my Buy Online Pick Up in Store order. Their manager (or who seemed to be) came off very harsh the moment I walked into the store. She had a very strong tone when talking to the employees & myself as a customer. I always have a wonderful experience at the Rockingham store but today was definitely different. If you are flustered, having a bad day, whatever it may be— make sure it doesn’t reflect onto the customers experience!

Nice to have them in town but for a brand new store their inventory mix is way off. They have the body wash but not the lotion. They have the mist but not the body wash. Couldn't find 1 whole kit of one fragrance & canceled my online order due to inventory that said was there not being there. Sorry don’t need the rest if you cant fulfill the entire order & it kept my rewards. SMH not good business. Called today was told out of something. Walked in & there it sat. If your team members would stop catering to their friends & family they could assist the rest of their customers properly. Watched as one shopped for a friend & one walked around with their mom & sure enough both ask for that team discount. Walk in customers watching them as they pay full price.

Normally, I would not shop here; I was given a gift card. Overall, the store is beautifully arranged, fully stocked and smells delicious! I was happy to see refills for foaming soap ~ I can't seem to DIY the proper mixture. Shelby was friendly and helpful.

All i can say is that TRISTAN!!!!! knows her SCENTS her SCENTS her SCENTS im a guy first off and let me tell you it's easy to get overwhelmed in that store as a guy but if you go ask for tristan she was super dope and knew exactly which room spray I needed to set the house off right SHES THE GO-TO
