As someone who works at the mall and stops through here, i can tell you, the people in here are great, always smiling and happy to answer any questions. But, The one bad experience i had was during Christmas time they were at the check out lane and as soon as they saw me and my friend approach to check out they straight up ran out n clocked out without telling anyone that, so a massive line was forming at the now empty register and i had to walk upfront to let other employees know.

An issue with their register caused my card to be charged but the transaction did not go through properly. I was forced to pay again and had to just trust that the first charge will fall off per their faulty p.o.s. While the issue with their register was happening, I received absolutely no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. Just awkward silence like I was the issue. Don’t go here they are extremely rude and uncaring. *Update* The transaction did in fact go through despite their promises. So I was charged over $30 for one stick of deodorant. I had to get in touch with customer service and all they could offer was an online gift card totaling the amount of one of the transactions. I don't ever go here so its been sitting in my inbox unused.

This store at Cherryvale Mall is awful. Don't even want to give any stars. They did not help my husband who has lung cancer with finding items. We asked to bubble wrap or wrap all items and they did nothing. Rude people. Rude customer service. Never go there again. EVER. This is the second time this has happened. I am reporting them to Corporate.

Employees are very friendly! So many options for body care and home fragrance.

Not overly busy and well stocked.
