Amazing experience .. the store was buy 3 get 3 everything. My grandma went in and was helped by an employee named Nancy and she was also helped with her packages by another employee at the register and carried them to the front of the store. My grandma came home so grateful there is people in this world to help the elderly like they did at Bath & Body works.

I always find good ideas at this store.Their scent is extensive. Their staff is helpful. I only wish they had a cup of ground coffee beans to desaturate my nose as I go through the process of testing various product lines to the point where I practically can't smell a difference anymore.

Your typical bath and body works experience, with the exception of a very rude manager. Nancy, the store manager looked like she didnt work there because she was dressed like she was going to a funeral and everyone else had some kind of Christmas uniform and a name tag on. She was overall unpleasant and unprofessional. My girlfriend and my mom had a very bad experience! Do better!

I haven't been in a store for years, always shopped online. I was so happy I stopped. Store looked great, beautifully stocked, but the best part was the staff. See Nancy, she was great. So was the associate that checked me out. Mens offerings expanded. Note: watch for sales and coupons. This week is buy 3 get 3 free.
