Amazing service! The aroma in the air is beautiful. Great deals, great smiles and a great location. The princess and Easter collection was wonderful and smells alluring. It's a great place for gifts and to definitely treat yourself!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service Experience at Bath & Body Works! From the moment I walked into Bath & Body Works, I felt so welcomed—the atmosphere was warm and pleasant. The store manager, Dominique, provided truly outstanding customer service. She was polite, attentive, and took the time to show me all the amazing deals and sales, making my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. While Dominique was on break, the assistant manager, Channell, stepped right in and kept that same great energy going. She was awesome—friendly, helpful, and made sure I continued to receive amazing customer service without missing a beat. Thank you, Bath & Body Works, for hiring such an incredible team. I would rate this location 0 stars if I could. Chanel is extremely rude and I've even heard her being rude to the other employees. All of the managers are uncaring and seem to only be here for a check. I've never had a good experience at this location. I won't be going back unless staff changes are made or they get proper training in customer service. It's a bad look on the company.

I have a physical disability and requested that my purchase be brought to me as I was parked in front of the business. Right away the answer is no because I was told I need to verify my identity in the store. Bath and Body works identifies in store pick ups by either an email receipt or an ID, both of which can be verified at my car. Finally, after speaking to two different managers, a staff person brought my item to my car. This is the second time this store refused to provide a reasonable accommodation, which is law. They had plenty of employees at the store, so my request did not pose a hardship for the store. This store needs to be educated and adhere to company policies when it comes to reasonable accommodations. Very disappointed

I experienced great service here and they have excellent products. I don't really have the budget to shop here often this year, but despite that I thought it was a worthwhile expense. I don't really get to say that very often.
