This Bath & Body Works location in Ramsey is truly one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. Jessica, the Store Manager, and Erendy, the Assistant Store Manager, are both outstanding. They are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, and you can tell they truly care about their customers and their store. I especially want to give a shout-out to Erendy, who helped me at the register when I had a very large order. She was patient, organized, and so pleasant the entire time, making checkout easy and stress-free. I also want to recognize Jessica for going the extra mile to help me find a hard-to-find item. She took the time to check for me instead of brushing it off, and that extra effort really meant a lot. That level of customer service is rare and deserves

I absolutely love the Bath & Body Works store in Ramsey. The store is always so clean, beautifully organized, and incredibly well stocked — it honestly feels like the best-run location I’ve been to. The staff is always visible, friendly, and genuinely ready to help without being overbearing. I placed a very large online order, and I was shocked at how fast it was ready for pickup. When I came into the store, I was immediately greeted and made to feel so welcome. What really stood out was that the team helped carry my many bags all the way to the front so I could easily load them into my car — that was truly above and beyond and so appreciated. I’ve been to many Bath & Body Works stores over the years, and this one is hands down my favorite. I actually drive about 40 minutes to get there,

Thanks for telling me to wait the 5 days and then keeping my money. I called 2x to let you know there was an order error and I chose the wrong store. So instead of helping you punish a customer? That’s nasty, definitely not how you keep customers.
