I just love coming to this location. I live in Orem and I could go to the store in the Orem mall but I choose to go down to Provo because of the GREAT customer service I get there. 1st thing is the Orem location is closed on Sundays so I wouldn't have been able to go there anyway. I walk in the Provo store and I meet Keile pronounced "Kay-lee" I had some questions about some text messages that I had received. I wasn't sure if the discounts and the specific items the messages mentioned were if I only bought the items online or if I could also get the same deal in the store. She was so knowledgeable and so kind and helpful. I made my selections and then I went to check out that's when I met Branson. Keeps the Provo mall alive 🫡 Always has some kind of good deal and the employees are attentive and friendly without being overbearing

Great customer service and always have a good stock of items

I hate it when I buy a bunch of wallflowers in different flavors and when I pick them up, not all of them have a tag telling me what flavor it is😩

This review is about the staff "working" today. There were 4 Employees in the store, one was at the register in the back of the store, one I think her name badge said Jade was busy putting out merchandise and straightening the shelves. The other two were standing in front of the air conditioner talking nonstop, not impressed with that at all! I feel bad for the two employees that were actually doing all the work.
