Bath & Body Works

I went yesterday at lunch time looking for mini lotions that are usually located near to the cash register. Because I couldn’t find them and no one offered me help, I let the cashier know what I was looking for. Her answer was: all our mini lotions are in display, but how I was going to know exactly. No body offered me help. Then I saw them when I was leaving the store. So poor customer service, no one was willing to help me.

Unpleasant experience today with Katie Store Manager of Providence Place location. I was 15 minutes late for an online order pickup. The order expired 15 minutes prior to store opening. Nothing she could do outside of offer current sales for the day which were higher priced almost double of what I paid online. She referred to “corporate policy”. I honestly don’t feel she was open to even trying to help. Bath and Body products are great but it’s unfortunate when the service and associate culture is not on point with brand at an individual location. Left pretty disappointed today.

Store is beautiful and well arranged. I love the brand... The scents are to die for. The staff was helpful and patient.

This review is for the staff here. I want to say the manager on duty was Kelsae (?) - she has the patience of a saint and went above and beyond to help me get a gift certificate from 2002 redeemed. It involved more than one phone call to customer service and way too much time, but we did it! The whole team was super helpful, but she let me use her cell phone to talk to the representative, and didn’t seem annoyed that I was going through so much effort to redeem $15. Thank you all!

A good store managed by friendly staff. Special thanks to Ms. Abigail for helping to choose the items that I don't know and I need to gift someone !!! Cheers, it was friendly environment.
