NEVER ORDER FROM BATH & BODY WORKS DIRECT! I waited two months for my order to arrive (6 candles) and they were COMPLETELY SMASHED 🤬🤬 No packing materials whatsoever! I used to have a long standing monthly relationship with them, but never again.

Love this sell going on right now... I'm fighting myself to not go back and I just left out the store

I visited this store in February they had only 1 of my favorite creamy Aromatherapy body scrubs, but the price was so great I can't complain and was not disappointed with my purchases. Although, it was months ago I just wanted to express how helpful the sales staff are at this location. The outlet is a lonely place with so few stores open, but it is always a pleasure to stop by when I get a rare chance and find some amazing deals...Keep up the good work!

Very low prices.. Great deals and Amazing service.. A few employees rlly stepped up to help me find the scent I was looking for.. They even helped me carry my things. I appreciate u so much. Thank you for taking such good care of me while I was in the store.. it was my first time and they made it so pleasant!

Great customer service and good deals always, this being one of the few shops left in the outlet im happy they are still there. With Christmas around the the corner sure to find some good stuff and those delicious smelling holiday candles you can't go wrong always love to have the home smell like a pie is baking during the season.
