1st time there. Very busy with holiday rush. Plenty of employees to assist your needs. Customers are all very cheerful and kind. Many discounts throughout the store. Nice gift at reasonable prices.

Yesterday I went to pick up an online order and Monica helped me. She honestly went above and beyond and I really appreciate the additional level of care and support. My days are always hectic as a toddler and she made my day a little bit sweeter . Thank you so much . I hope you get recognized because if our short interaction was good. I know your doing amazing through out the day.

What an amazing store! Both times I was in the store was well stocked and clean! The staff was the most friendly I have ever encountered at any location! There were so many options I went on there for one thing and came out with several and great deals too! Highest ranking bath and body works I have ever been to. 10 stars!! 🤩

Thank you Tricia for proactively giving our son a cookie today from the milk promotion. He has sensory issues and it really helped us. Also I couldn’t get the name of everyone in the store but they ALL are so attentive and kind. Someone caught my husband accidentally buying a sample soap and the cashier was so kind and patient. I wanted to leave a complement specially for all of them on the website but couldn’t get though.

Came in here for a couple of Christmas Gifts about a week ago. Barb was so friendly and helpful that I just had to come here and give 5 stars. We felt like we mattered. And like she loves her job. The store is very clean and due to how friendly Barb was I even took a better look around the store and found one of my most favorite products that Victoria’s Secret discontinued: the luminous body cream. I just LOVE it and can’t believe I found a bath and body works version! It works just as perfectly it smells like perfume and just makes me glow with all the glitter 😍 I love it so much! It’s called Glowtion Body Butter THANK U SO MUCH BARB! (btw nails done by @naailsbyjali on IG❣️)
