I was shopping for my fiancée and had no clue where to start, but Katie guided me through the entire store with patience and enthusiasm. She helped me find exactly what I needed, made great recommendations, and made the whole process stress-free. You can tell she really cares about her customers. Thank you, Katie — you made my day and helped me put together the perfect gifts!

I've been out of practice... It was my first time into bath & body works in many years. Thank God Katie was there because she did a phenomenal job helping me find everything I was looking for swiftly.

Katie was attentive, upbeat and had stellar customer service. She showed us around, helped us understand the sales and what was included and some cool combinations of products. Her bright smile and warm heart set the ambiance of the store.

I really really love how well stocked this location is. A bonus: a helpful, happy staff! I love sampling and comparing scents. Today there was a Mother’s Day sale on candles and hand soaps. There strawberry pound cake line and lemon frosted cake line is a close due to Sol de Janerio bum bum cream and 71 mist. Please go try it out! When I was leaving I realized they came out with their Bridgerton Line… which means the show is coming back soon… happy dance!!!!
