Bath & Body Works

I really like this B&BW location. It looks like a larger store to me with more selections than the others. It smells so good in there. Our mission was to find hand soaps in a pump bottle. We liked the Flannel scent and bought it. We also got Thanksgiving and Halloween. Plus some wall lights. Plus, some mini hand sanitizers that we can keep in our handbags, glove compartments, and around the house. The saleslady helping us on 08/30/24 afternoon was super nice and helpful. I forgot her name, and it's not listed on our receipt. Maybe she'll look at our receipt and remember us. Parking was available in front of the store, including wheelchair accessiblability parking. Next time we take a trip to Pompano Beach, we will definitely stop in again.

Experience turnaround, was initially going to write a bad review and call there corporate office, but the manager Jen turn the experience around, came by earlier in the week and the pickup order was picked wrong item received and she listened and help me to fix the situation, please clone her to put on during the week as well. Great service skills which is rare in this day and age. Commendable

I recently visited this Bath & Body Works location and was highly disappointed with the experience. Most of the younger employees were on their phones, completely disengaged from their work and the customers in the store. It was disheartening to see one older employee working diligently while the others seemed oblivious to their surroundings. I understand working alone, but to witness employees doing nothing while customers are present is quite sad and reflects poorly on the store. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location, and I believe management should be aware of how their employees are neglecting their duties. Customer service is important, and I hope they take steps to address this issue.
