I absolutely love this store. I go to this one because of Jen and Quin! They are always so helpful and make wonderful suggestions. The store is clean and organized when they are there. BBW, y'all made two great hires in those two! Highly suggest this store!

Ok so my fiance had a poor experience due to the lack of respect from an employee by not letting her know ahead of time that the register takes card and not cash, so the lady told my fiance to step aside and then a lady customer cuts in front of my fiance and made her wait 10mins to get rang up... She came into the store for a few things after a long day of work and she was tired. I don't appreciate the kind customer service that was given to my fiance.. This worker is a Hispanic lady from what she had seen

There's always something on clearance in addition to their regular sales each week. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. I'm not sure if they get any type of commission, but they most definitely should. Those ladies will upsell you in a heartbeat. I came for bodywash and left with one wick candles for $4 each and so much more. They often carry fragrances that are no longer in the other bath and body works stores. It smells sooooooo good in here too.

We LOVE B&BW! Always have what we are looking for, and usually more! So many different scents. Their hand soaps are the best, and we stock up 3-4x a year

Utmost the friendliest people working here. I really enjoyed this location, not too smelly. They were genuine, and made sure you get to use all the coupons and incentives.
