Bath & Body Works

The store is too crowded with displays and its too difficult to navigate or find the products I want to find. Too many of the same product have too many label versions. This isn't "this stores" fault as it is dictates from corporate but it made the store feel messy, crowded and I did not want to spend more time in there than I had to. The staff was nice and friendly.

Founded in 1997, the modern influence of America’s largest bath soap chain rings true. Yet, despite Ross Park Mall’s gross bathrooms, gigantic potholes outside, and inability to install closed-circuit security cameras before a shooting in 2021, their B&BW is a beautifully well-kept and well-stocked establishment. Like many others, they have a fantastically kind staff as well. Way to keep up the great work, B&BW!

I like Bath& Body works all things a lot bcz i love most of the fragrances nd I'm using everyday here's shower gel, Air freshener nd hand soap...

The staff at this Bath and Body Works are incredibly kind. I always try to stop in and say hello even if I’m simply just browsing :) . There’s two Bath & Body Works in the area and while I recommend both, I feel like I spend much more time here.

I was visiting family this weekend and decided to stop in to pickup an online order. When I went to pick it up, they had pulled the wrong lotion. I went back and got that taken care of, and then drove five hours home only to realize that one of the other lotions they had pulled for me WAS OPEN AND USED???💀 Like… literal fingerprints in it… (it’s a jar, not a tube). I’m honestly disgusted.
