The staff was super helpful with all my questions and gave great advice on which scents were their favorite. Dominic was very patient and Keena was awesome as well. Jolee rang me up and had a warm welcoming smile. Amazing customer service.

Literally definition of exemplary guest service. Been in the field my entire professional career so I always like to stop and appreciate a team who delivers great service. Not only was each associate welcoming and helpful without overbearing many of them connected me to current offers that complemented the items in my hand vs just pushing a bunch of offers on me. Solid experience and wanted to highlight this team and experience at the store. For reference to any management that may review this - this experience is in reference to a visit to the store on 6/7/25 around 10:45am. Fantastic team!

I love visiting this location because I can typically find great items at clearance price. They have a pretty good stock of regular priced items as well. The staff are usually nice and welcoming and greet you at the door.

You used to be able to exchange the plug in if they became defective. I just bought 30 refills a few weeks ago during the sale. I had a breaker trip so my plug ins stopped working. I went to exchange them and was told that the exchange period is for the 2 weeks after purchase. Trash. I was hanging on but mostly everyone i know is done. Im done now too. I was told just buy new ones. Horrible customer service and for that reason im done too
