Bath & Body Works

Went into the store today looking for a gift and was pleasantly impressed with the young lady “Carissa” she was extremely helpful but more importantly she knew the various products and easily explained the difference between one from the other when it came to preferences. She’s an asset to Bath & Body!

This store is awesome! All the associates were very friendly and helpful. That was a very busy day, the store was very clean and well-kept. Will definitely be shopping at this one from now on!

Poor customer service, the cashier was very rude, first she said that the bags “they give” I think she think she is the owner of BBW finished two hours ago, I had 3 baskets 🧺 full of gifts and ask for bags. Then my mom ask for the other bags and she said that “they” don’t give those individually I notice that the first total of one of my baskets was already $45USD and ask her if she apply the promotions and she said it was buy 3 and get 1 free, I ask to removed two and explained to her that one of the employees said the promotion was buy 3 get 3 free. She replied to me “we have the signs with the promotions” for me it was like she was telling me that I don’t read. This lady was very rude and she definitely doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Sunday afternoon and store was pretty busy. No issues, found what I needed (in and out quickly). Sales associate was polite, helpful and even made recommendations. Took the time to explain about current promotions/ sales taking place.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I came for the Evil Queen Collection and was not disappointed.
