HELIO IT WAS A PLEASURE TO MEET YOU! I WAS LOST IN BATH & BODY WORKS! IVE NEVER BEEN IN THEIR BEFORE AND I WAS OVERWHELMED! YOU WALKED UP LIKE WE WERE OLD FRIENDS AND YOU SPRAYED DIFFERENT SCENTS AND EXPLAINED THE COMPLEXITY! YOU TOOK THE TIME AND YOU MADE THE SALES! HELIO AND MISS MELANIE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! THEY WERE EXTREMELY KIND TO ME AND I APPRECIATE IT! ❤️❤️

The woman on the sales floor was amazing. She helped me with exactly what I was looking for. I feel she noticed I was a bit exhausted shopping with two eager teenage girls. However, at the register, I felt rushed by two cashiers during my transaction. I felt certain comments were very unnecessary and condescending. Finally, at the end of my purchase, one cashier tells me to return on Monday for their Semi-Annual sale. I will shop the company's sale, but it will not be at this location. This was the second unpleasant experience. With that said, this particular location, with pushy staff, is not for me.

We have dropped by here a few times to pick up scented candles. One time we picked up a three wick Pumpkin-Pecan-Waffle Candle and it smelled so good we ended up making those waffles to eat! This time we picked up one scented Bourbon and Leather which seems good for the changing season. Fun decor and friendly staff!

I am enjoying the air fresheners I got from them.Lots of good fragrances and they last longer than some other ones I used to buy.

I mean you could die here and be happy!!! Every scent you can think of! Staff is very friendly and helpful! These baddies are just in time for V^^V,
