I like this place. I like the diversity of products they have. The only thing I don't care for is when they bring a new product out for that season and then it goes away. I love their products and the environment.

Disappointing & Uncomfortable Experience Needs to Be Addressed My wife and I (we’re Hispanic) visited the Bath & Body Works at the Indian Wells location in Palm Desert as part of our week-long anniversary trip. We love the brand and had planned to stop by this store to use several of our saved-up rewards from the app it was just the next fun stop on our itinerary. Sadly, our experience was far from enjoyable due to how we were treated by an employee named JOANN When I picked up and smelled a bottle (which I didn’t realize wasn’t a tester), JOANN came up and told me to put it down. I can understand the policy, and I would’ve appreciated a polite reminder but the way she approached me came off harsh and unnecessary, especially since that’s never been a problem at other locations. After that,

I love coming to this place. Every time I come to the mall and I pass by it, it's impossible for me to not go in there and come out with something. A sales rep named Jo Ann was awesome today. She even cleared up a few things for me and explain how i can have much better hydrated skin with comparing lotions to body creams. And if I had questions, I honestly looked for her to help me. I felt better asking her instead of other reps. They were all great by the way, but she's the one that won me over. She even did a little mini hand scrub show and tell for me at the sink. I bought wonderful items thanks to your special 5.95 all body care and left smelling great too. Thanks to everyone and especially Jo Ann.

Stopped by for annual candle day...it was crowed but what I really appreciated was the fact that they had all the registers open and plenty of staff to help you. Great shopping day.

My cashier was a little unfriendly and not even paying attention when she cashed me out. She appeared to possibly be the manager too which is still not an excuse to treat your customers in such a way. I was trying to tell her things weren’t ringing up as the holiday price advertised and she had walked away and was chatting with other cashiers as i’m trying to get her attention so I can pay and leave. Another cashier noticed I was trying to get her attention and stepped in before she even noticed I was still standing there waiting.
