I can't say enough about Lauren, the assistant manager. Initially, she helped my wife and I find the hand soaps we were looking for. When I was going to get in the checkout line, my wife started feeling woozy. Lauren saw what was happening and got a chair for my wife to sit on and brought her a bottle of Gatorade to drink. Lauren also had Lexi check my items out at an unused checkout lane so I wouldn't have to wait in line for a long time. Lauren stayed with my wife and made sure she was okay until I got back. I want to commend Lauren for the help and kindness she showed towards us. The store had a great selection of products to choose from. I highly recommend shopping at this Bath and Body Works store.

The best Bath & Body Works location you'll find. The selection is unparalleled with other stores and prices so low you won't feel bad about splurging. Found so many gifts for Christmas and tons for myself. Highly recommend the hand sanitizers, lotions, soaps and sprays as stocking stuffers. Large selection of clearance items you will find something for everyone. September is my favorite time to go because there is alot of fall, harvest, Halloween and Christmas scents. The staff goes above and beyond to help you and makes the atmosphere warm and inviting. There is also rewards so dont forget to give an email! Went home very happy with the products I purchased!

I come to this factory outlet location in Oshkosh frequently. It has first class product and a huge selection of items to aid in refreshing the smells of your home. I always try to use up the coupons and rewards on the store app, too.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Some great deals going on right now. Only complaint is the parking lot is very rough. Not their fault though being a strip mall.

They call it an outlet? No deals. Same prices as the BBW I went to the next day that was not an outlet.
