Bath & Body Works

This is my go-to Bath & Body Works, and by far my favorite. Even when I am not in the area, I will pass other stores to get to this one, because it never disappointed. The store is always clean, organized, and stocked. The employees are always helpful, and if they don't know the answer, they always find another employee who does. Rachel has helped me multiple times, and whenever she is working, I know I am in good hands; she greets me like an old friend, not just a customer. I also recently had a terrible experience with another store, and Jess was so kind and helpful, to turn my experience around 100% (simply by helping me pick out a product). This store has the dream team, and it shows. I hope other customers, and corporate, take notice.

Jess H is a great manager also the lady with short brown hair is amazing and helpful. The only reason I will be coming back is bc jess H did such a good job with her amazing customer service to make things right!

Great stock but rude employees. One girl was ringing up people and the other employees were standing around talking and not helping. Only one sales person on the floor helping people. Would not go back - had to wait in line way too long for 4 items. I'll stick with shopping online

I had a very disappointing experience with Cashier #3989971. She was rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. Her behavior made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. Based on this encounter alone, I will not be returning to this store. If zero stars were an option, that's what I would have given. I strongly recommend that this employee receive immediate retraining to prevent further negative experiences for other customers.
