I had a wonderful visit to Bath & Body Works during the Disney Prince sale! It was truly a top-tier shopping experience from start to finish.I was happy to find a fully stocked store. Even with the popular sale going on, they had plenty of everything I was looking for. The shop was clean and organized, which made browsing through the scents a breeze. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a 5-star trip. And of course I will definitely be back. I mean how cute is the car clip I scored on my visit.

Just left here and had a coupon for a free body care item up to $16.95. Employee informed me I couldn’t get an item that was less than which is not true. I’ve done it 100 x before. Need to educate your employees!

Didn’t give me the right amount of change I gave them 100$ the item I bought cost $6.49 and I received $90.51 when it should’ve been $93.51 I know it was just 3$ but I work to hard for my money to just basically give it away like that I expect a apology and a refund

The staff is wonderful, lots came over from the old store in mall, so they are trained and friendly. First day the air conditioner went out and they did what they had to so customers would be comfortable. Overall their staff is the reason I shop as much as I do, the Columbus Whittlesey location has the staff that you could imagine at the gates of Hell, the one in Lagrange has a few nice people, but the manager is quite the opposite. I will only spend money where I feel welcomed and the staff at Tiger town has that part under control. I do hate that is not a test store though, this area is big enough for it.
