Great experience at the Bath & Body Works at Ontario Mills. The store was busy but well-organized, with 75% and 50% off deals. Samantha was very helpful and recommended a complete body-care set that was on sale. I picked up several items that would make great gifts. Friendly service and a smooth checkout — I’d definitely shop here again.

The location of this BBW is good. Always somebody helps me and dont be rude or ignore me likes others stores. If you ask for the promotion of week theu explanada you the mechanic. Sometidos is very crowded but dont care people here are be kind.

I walked in with my friend and an associate asked if I needed help. I said no that I was just looking and she said to let her know if I needed anything. Perfectly fine. I go to look at more items and another lady comes up and asks the same thing and I said I was just looking. She offers a basket and I declined, I was only carrying two items. I go and look at other items and this same lady comes up and asks again if I need a basket and what I was looking for and I declined again and said I was just looking. It's a freaking fragrance store, I wanna smell the frangrances. So this is twice with this second lady. Then another associate comes up and shoves a basket at me and I said no thank you and as I go to walk away, the second lady said "I already tried that" in a snotty tone. Now I'm starti

I understand that the holiday season is a busy time, and I always try to be patient. However, tonight during my recent visit, my family including my special needs child was singled out in a way that made us extremely uncomfortable. While we were checking out, we were told to stand away from the registers, and only my wife was allowed to remain at the counter to pay. I pointed out that other families were standing together without any issue, but my concerns were ignored. The experience left us feeling embarrassed and singled out, and it’s not something any family should have to go through. Unfortunately, after this visit, we would rather take our business elsewhere.

Absolutely love this store! Staff is always cheerful and helpful. My problem is I need to stop shopping, the rewards program keeps me coming back!!!
