So great! I’ve always gone with my mom and now as a dad with children if my own it’s still enjoyable.we came off the hand soap sail this past week.. and as always went overboard. The staff at this location is amazing and could answer all the Westin’s we had and where things were in the store.

Absolutely love this store! Many wonderful options for lotions and scents!

Staff was extremely rude with me asking a question during checkout. I asked a simple question and was met with a rude and snotty answer. Ruined the whole experience

I ordered the body lotions online for a gift and went to the store located in Okemos Meridian Mall to pick up. When I got home and checked, 1 of the bottles is ‘Try Me’ bottle used as a sample at the store for shoppers to try. It was my fault to not check the order when I picked it up but the order should be done with care and right the first time by the store, I now will have to arrange for another trip to the store just to replace the bottle - I am not happy about it since I have kids and have to aarrange myseld to the store for the pick up. :(

Friendly staff and a clean store. Staff is always willing to help customers find items and makes the shopping experience very pleasant.
