Every complaint about the associates and the Manager, Andrea are 💯 true. I dealt with associate Elliot yesterday and Manager Andrea today and there was no resolution to the issue I had where they basically denied me service for 0 reason. I made a formal complaint to B&BW, but I'm not hopeful that will yield any better results. Thankfully, there are so many other stores in the area. Stay clear of this one *ESPECIALLY* if you have ANY kind of customer service related issue. Love the company, hate this store!!!

A very special THANK YOU! to sales associates Vanessa and Aubrey! 💕 Vanessa was extremely patient while I taught my mom how to use her BBW app to collect rewards and apply coupons. Aubrey, kindly reminded us about the free BBW WiFi — such a lifesaver since Porter Ranch doesn’t always have the best cell signal! Because of their amazing customer service and the great deals, my mom and I left the store super happy — we scored an order valued at $91.55 and only paid $21.56 (before tax)! Plus, we received free items! 🎉 What a wonderful early birthday gift for me! 💕 I’m already looking forward to next month’s birthday perks and deals!

1/27/23 UPDATE: After contacting customer service and receiving a phone call back from a supervisor, Bath & Body Works graciously allowed me to replace the candles. I am pleased with the outcome, but obviously not with how we got here. Nonetheless, I am very grateful for what ended up being great customer service form their corporate department. Thank you, Bath & Body Works corporate! (I'm keeping the 1 star rating for this store, however, because of my experience at this particular location). ORIGINAL REVIEW: Horrible customer service. Manager “Andrea” was extremely rude and refused to provide a solution for two clearly defective candles. Love this location! Only one where mall parking doesnt need to be navigated and very well stocked. Plenty of free parking.

I was there this past weekend and was helped by Vanessa V. She was so friendly, excellent customer service. I suffer from migraines and Vanessa was so patient and sensitive to my needs, with helping me choose the right Fragrance. Thank you Vanessa V 💕
