I had two online orders to pick up and of those two I wanted to return a few things and wanted to make an even exchange for an item. Mind you this is not the first time I have done an even exchange for an online order at this same exact place. I had to pay out of my pocket for an even exchange besides the other returns I had to make the we’re returned to me as store credit instead of putting them back to my card…..I asked why the store credit and she goes “like well you need a receipt for an even exchange or returns”……. They NEVER asked me for my receipt. I was so furious and I even mentioned the fact that the girl never asked for my receipts……I do not work behind the register I would not know what is required without them telling me, not even once she mentioned my receipts when I clearly

Stopped in yesterday before grabbing a bite for dinner. And immediately upon entrance, we were greeted with kindness and joy by the staff. The one young lady went out of her way to ensure we could find what we were looking for. This location is well stocked. Thank you both... we will definitely be back!!!

Bath and Body at Montgomery Mall is good with the same setup but with new scents, do try the holiday body lotions INTo the night which is coming up with a mini perfume, body lotion with shimmery body cream, its amazing. Also try the Forever Red scent, it as well comes in body lotion, mist, body cream. All the scents are coming in roll on size perfume for travel cases. There are few new Christmas smells that have come up, you surely will feel christmasy when you visit here. There will be a sale of $2.95 or something under $3 deal for everything that come ever year in December so keep an eye on it :)

Store is always well organized and clean. Staff is friendly and overall helpful. Glad to see them thriving in an otherwise dying mall. They make online order pickup so easy and fast, too. Always happy to shop here.
