Bath & Body Works

I am so happy Bath and Body Works is here!!!! It is spacious, immaculate, fully stocked and has amazing team members. I actually purchased online and picked up in store. However, when I got there, I had to do a little more shopping because all their Christmas stuff was out and I couldn’t resist. They have the usual candles, hand soaps, mists and lotions, but my God, the gift sets, candle holders, wallflowers and hand sanitizer holders are very festive and beautiful. They also have a wide variety of had soap refills and laundry items. The store was buzzing with curious and happy customers sampling, testing out scents and stocking up on Christmas shopping.

Experience today was ruined by the manager yelling at her cashier in front of her their patrons about getting sales up. She was very very rude to her employee and I was embarrassed for her. She seemed to be doing a decent job as she was currently , and if you need your employees to do something for you, there are much better ways to speak to employee and if you to have to reprimand them, take them to the back. You were yelling about a slow day and she needed to push sales harder before close, I was there for the noir gift set and i had a basket full of things, and guess what, I put it all down because i wont support a business that disrespects its employees. So you happen to lose sales with the motivation by intimidation tactic. I would have walked out a restaurant if I saw the front end m

Such a bigger Store than normal BBW! Love they have so much more space. It’s the usual BBW but they have room to walk around more. The staff is super friendly and the place smells amazing!

Me and my friend went to this store and was helped by a woman named caryl. We want to say how amazing she was at helping us and convinced to buy things which we are very thankful for. We LOVE caryl. She is the BEST employee you guys have EVER had.

A very clean and organized store. The only thing that isn't really enjoyable is when the employees are trying to get you to buy something even after you tell them you're just browsing. This one employee did it, and then when I told her after the second time that I was just looking around.She just like went quiet and went from smiling to straight face. and just went "oh" with an attitude and then we just left.. unprofessional
