The staff at this store are extremely humble, friendly, and helpful. They patiently answered all my questions and provided clear guidance about the products. The store offers the latest products and is clean, organized, and well maintained. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed shopping here.

I love this store and spend way too much here! I really like the size of it, because it's not too large or too small and they usually have what I am looking for. It is is easy to find what you need and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also it can get crowded at times during sales but I find it faster and easier to shop here than to go to the mall bath and body works which tend to be overcrowded. My favorite items to buy are candles and the perfume and body creme sets.

Great location . Always loving coming to this complex . So many good restaurants & other shops nearby.. we like Bath and body works for some products . Not much of sale but we bought few stuff . Not super extensive but I would still wait for peak sale to buy stuff here . Service was ok and billing was average but quick . Lots of parking outside . There is also a Tesla charging station near by. Nice experience overall..

This rating is actually for my online experience, chat and over the phone experience. Let's say terrible. It too much to text. I just wanted to add a few more items to my order that weren't available for store pick-up without add another delivery. Everyone said no, seriously 😒 and I couldn't cancel and reorder. Super frustrating and sounds 😤 weird for a multiple million dollar company. They couldn't cancel my order or add to my order..

I've been going to this location since I moved here.Lisa is amazing and some of the other workers on the floor but whoever the manager was today- she needs a lesson on how to talk to customers! Nicely rude like a Karen type. Don't tell me that I misheard, what someone said and then change it to that person misspoke.... You, the manager are the one that misheard... Because you weren't there for the second conversation. You should mind your own business and be nicer to your customers. Especially customers that are in there all the time.... A few lessons on management feels fit for you and your approach is horrible.
