Bath & Body Works

Bath & Body Works shows as open on Google, but when I arrived at the location it was actually closed. This was very inconvenient and a waste of time. Please keep your business hours updated online to avoid confusing customers who rely on this information before visiting.

I went in with my daughter on a whim. We went to dinner at Longhorn & were pleased to see that there was a B& BW’s in the same plaza. 2 women named Brandi & Randy (sorry for the spelling) were working. Left there feeling like we had 2 new best friends! Brandi was so committed to making sure I got my rewards & when my phone was acting foolish, she took the time & patience to make sure I was able to get my rewards & seemed just as excited as I was when it worked. The BEST ladies! Not overbearing, didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing them nor did they seem frustrated with my email not cooperating. Just 2 women who were so nice & fun & although it took some time, it felt like a girls night with people we had known for years! Will definitely be back even if I don’t need anything just

Mei is Amazing she is so kind and welcoming I love coming to this location because of her thanks for always helping me with all the awesome products you guys carry!

What can I say? They have lots of products, and had a few different choices of what I was looking for (night light that holds fragrance bottle) they were reasonably priced also. Cashier was polite and friendly.
